Pretty sure there is a tutorial on it; google, or whatever IT.
Did some cleaning on sensors & throttle body, awhile back, plenty of info online!

Yes you can . you can check it with a ohm meter.
If you have access to a scan tool with a lab scope you can check the waveform with it running .
you can get the max value for Wide open throttle and look at the pid on data stream drive the vehicle down the road and pull WOT and see if it reaches that value.
