I had a probelem with my heater blower motor starting sunday. I checked all the fuses, then jumped on the forum. Got lots of ideas and started checking...power to the resistor, power to the fan.....????? started checking the schematics and found I had a broken ground...somewhere...started tracing lines andfound a melted connector at the back of the vent selector switch. Cut off connector and soldered wires to the switch.
Just wanted to say thanks for previous posts and the search button.

Where you from...??? It was like 90 sumthin' degrees sunday...& you need it hotter?? Damn Sunn...

I was running my A/C when I went to get gas. As soon as I got back in the car, no blower fan....I wasnt running the heater, just using it as my description instead of cooling fan that could be confused with engine cooling fan.
Thanks,
Nick
