Just sharing as some of you know / met Jerry Tucker from Archdale, NC. He was an amazing man that I was fortunate to have known for years. He lost his battle with cancer recently at the age of 82. He was still building engines up until about 6 months ago. It has hit me harder than I thought it would.
He built 12 engines for me over the years. I'd go to his shop and just sit and listen for hours to his stories from his racing days, etc. No one can fill his shoes when it comes to AMC knowledge and skills. So very thankful to have known and learned from him. Another great man gone from a generation that we can't compare to.
RIP Jerry
