THE BEST TIRE

86 sas toyota 5.29 welded front and rear. dd for a few months then only off road. it has a 2 inch body lift with trail-gear 5 inch springs.
Whats the best tire/size combo, and best price too???

Do you have longs...if not, you are going to need em. Esp. with that welded front. A big tire is just going to make breaking those birfs easier.

As for a tire. My vote is for a TSL Bias ply. Work well and can be driven on the road.
 
Any Super Swamper that will fit. I run 34" LTB's and love them. They are reasonably priced also.

I just bought marlin crawler chromoly birfs,Im gonna put them in tomm.!Yeah you will break birfs trust me!I have a 1994 yota pickup SAS,aussie locker front with 5.29's,5 inch trail gear rear springs rears up front and I broke my left birf at kodiak a few weeks ago and I run 36"tsl radials.I also got lucky and found some bobby long axle shafts for 100 bucks!
