It would never make it, There's a meionite store about four miles away that sells all those things and then some.You should open that back up and sell hoop cheese, bandannas and sodas in real glass bottles…..and pickled pigs feet in a big glass jar. Memories of my uncle Percy

Mortgage rates plunge just as home prices set another record
Mortgage rates are sinking, and that means home prices are likely to continue surging.
Prices in January were 19.1% higher year over year, according to a report released Tuesday by CoreLogic. That level of growth is the highest in 45 years, when CoreLogic began tracking prices.

So if one has a place to stay for a year or two, when is the time to sell? Now? Will it crash? If it does, will prices go down? Or stay the same? I could really bank some equity right now, but the idea of having to pay the same or more for a similar place in a couple years seems pointless. Now is my opinion.
Wife and I love our place but it would bring stupid $ now.
When building our home we rented a dump with mice and some roaches. It was cheap but man it was tough with family of four in a 68 10x50.
I believe there's a site called make me move. People ask crazy prices but don't care if it sells or not. Wife's aunt did that with her beach house and it sold in a weekend.
Wife and I may do it and move to Montana...near the Canadian border
We don't believe anything is gonna get better for at least 3 yrs...
