The dangers of not chocking your tires . . . .

I had thought about getting tractor tire tread marks since I have tractor tires and tractor tires are the only thing cooler than Boggers, but then I was like everyone's just gonna think I like tractors, not necessarily offroading . . . .
I was going to bring that up...beat me to it. Ricky, it's your skin, do what you want with it, so screw the people who want to make you second guess your decision. Tats can represent eras in your life and this one definitely does. If you regret it later, just keep your left arm down and you're all good. I'd have more ink running down each arm if I had a different career.

You will not get tired of it, if anything they are addictive. Ive got two that i had done 12 or so yrs ago and every time I look at them I want more but.....one day

It looks good, who did it

But don't you run tractor tires????? Just picking badass, I've got both armpits done and sucked. Watch out you'll get hooked.

Now your a quarter away from being a Transformer... Congrats!

Yea so I was workin under the truck and didn't have the wheels chocked and def got my arm ran over . . . luckily it was the back end of the rig so it didn't break anything but left one hell of a mark behind on my arm, check out the pics

Far out man, where did you get Boggers that small, been wanting them for my go cart!:wheel:

I'm kind of an ass and when I saw it something just told me to get it. It's been 4 years so far and no regrets. I also have a friend who's a tattoo artist so it was free. Can't beat that.

there is a guy that has dedication to a set of boggers!
ouch!
do you think you could have picked a more painful place to get inked?
never mind LOL
it would be better dedication if he actually had a set of boggers

...and somehow, having big tire treads just dosn't have that same "whit trash" effect, huh?
I've got to admit, it took me awhile to figure out the difference in perspectives from the two mpictures.
Damn mirrors. I assumed #2 was a similar shot, so that it was actually the right, not just the left again.
So confused...

Yea its left arm, and no it does not make me white trash, pretty much just makes me the most BAMF you've ever seen in your life :flipoff2:

Yea, I mean for me yes it represents that I like Boggers as the tire, but its more to let other people know that I'm serious enough about Offroading and pushing the envelope when it comes to offroading to have it permanently put on my arm for all to see, but at the same time i think since I went with boggers instead of tsl's it also kinda represents my lets just have fun/hammer down attitude and muddy offroad preferences, rather than those who run tsl's that I would view as more of a serious, focused, technical type personal attitude more attributed towards rockkrawling.

Shaved pits?

Chicks these days like guys that have little to no hair in certain areas . . . I don't totally shave em but keep em fairly short, for the Chicks :driver:

Big Lots had Sharpies 2/$1 maybe?

That is a bold statement Ricky. At least you don't have to look at it a couple of times to know what it is. Some tats people get look like the tattoo artist was chemicaly induced while they were working.

<><Fish

I had it done at Pheonix Tattoo in Raleigh, by Steve, he was cool, it def hurt thou.

That shit's like 5 years ago.

Don't you have huge azz TSL tracks down your side? Which I thought was awesome when I saw it by the way

Yea I already have a list of more Tat's I wanna get it just kinda sucks that society kinda holds you back, I really really wanna get this tribal/goth Cross design I have on my right inner forearm, and some tribal/flame type design on my right shoulder upper right arm, but then I can kiss any kinda office type job goodbye with them showing everywhere :shaking:

Ideally I won't ever have to be in some office/downtown/bs type job but it'll probably happen eventually, hard to make any money otherwise . . . . but I'll fight it as long as I can :driver:

See my explaination above to johnski,

Don't ever question my authenticity, I run 46" tractor tires powered by 500 cubic inches of 13:1 GM powered strait mantasticness son, tell me thats not a rig made for mud or anything else you wanna put in my way :flipoff2::lol:

Shaved pits?
It is the new hotness (Not shaved but tamed) i am a personal fan myself...

Anyway... on the tat, to each their own. As far as the design you can not get much simpler but what if they come out with a better tire you fall in love with? and why did you want it there? Also... you should consider a band-aid on that cut.. or at least some kind of ointment

Cool I got backup on the hair thing, thought I was gonna get flamed for bein homo or something

If they come out with a better tire than I get another Tat, or just suck it up, Boggers will still be cool, but like I said above while it is partially about the Tire thats not really what the Tattoo represents as a whole to me at least

The shop told me to wear bandage for hour after intitial tat, then air out, wrap in seran wrap overnight with some A & D for the first two/three nights, air out all day, then after three days stop the seran wrap and switch to hand lotion for the next 4 following days . . . . I've confirmed that from some outside sources as well, sound right or should I be doing something else? It looks like its about to start flaking in some places and this is the end of day two so so far so good i guess.

Only thing I would change is I would use Bacitracin instead of A&D and hand lotion.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bacitracin

I myself currently have 3 tattoos and 7 piercings. More ink and holes are in the works. :D

i have always used a and d ointment for a good week. i dont use seran wrap at all either unless i am working in a dirty environment. theyve always turned out great.

Ricky, do your best to keep it moist bacitracin is best but if you have nothing else use clear ointments. Keep it moist if it dries & scabs you have a bigger opportunity for scaring. If you pick or scrape the scab & it pulls off it may pull the ink out in that spot causing a scar

It looks good:beer:

After about 3 dyas or after it's pilled out, the just use a staright non scent lotion. Just keep it moist, it doesn't have to be "wet" all the time. I've got about about ten tattoos and never have had much of a prob. healing them. Just be sure to wash it and don't be letting everyone touch it out in public, it is an open wound. pm if any more questions, seems every tattoo guy has there own way of doing this.

Thats pretty much what they told me to do, they gave me some A&D and some lubriderm to use after the first three days and then told me to do the saran wrap thing first couple of nights.

Allthough they seemed to think keeping it dry for the most part during the day was more important the first couple of days, only to use the A&D like once a day. Then after the first three days use the lubriderm a couple times a day.

Don't let it dry out, but don't keep it dripping wet either. Needs to get some air to start healing, but not dry out. Most people keep too much a&d on it and no air can get to it to start the healing process. The wrap is more or less to keep from ruining your sheets and drying out too much at night.
