with the way they drive they need to be searching the ECORS sections of NC4x4.com.

Picked up a vintage kit years ago but didn't want to break the seal. Found a reproduced kit on ebay so now I have one to build. Just gotta get around to it now.

Seriously? I never noticed. Yeah that sucks.

What models are you talking about? Because walmart quit selling the plastic kits years ago. I think they still carry a few of the die cast kits.

The walmart in kernersville has about an 8 ft display of plastic snap title and glue together model kits, that includes cars, ships, planes, testors supplies, etc. I was showing my kids the model, and I noticed the flag was MIA.
Now a little google research...

And here it is, it's on the internet, it must be true...

Dang. All the Walmarts around here quite carrying models when oil prices went up. Now the only place to get kits are the local hobby shops and the prices went up straight to $20- $25. I started buying a lot at flea markets and yard sales.

Where are they at in the kville Walmart? I looked recently for some model paint and couldn't find the section anymore.

The commercial's is pretty ironic for my house. I loved that show as a kid and had a die cast General Lee I played with until the wheels fell off. Turns out my parents kept it in a box all these years until I found a week ago. I grabbed one of my son's Monster Trucks and did some coffee table modding to create his favorite truck yet..... The General Leeeeeeeee! Lol

Here's a shot with a hot wheel to show scale:
