I recently got a phone call that I had hoped for years I would get. I went back to work this week at Alcatel, well now it's Draka Comteq. Anyway it will be great to have funds coming back in on a regular basis, but, it will dig into my wheeling time with my club the Carolina Trailblazers, as I do have to work every other weekend. So, if any of you are gonna be riding and don't mind an old man tag a long, give me a shout. I may take you up on it if the Heep is all in one piece.!

definitly, as long as your ok being a URE champ like me :) Wife will be taking summer classes so ill try to keep most of my trips close.
 
Thanks. After so many years of steady employment, was difficult on my own. But insurance, 401K, Dental, and so on, sure will be nice.

I dont miss that place. I did a 6 month project up in Clairmont, when we were trying to struggle Electrotech along. And driving from York to there everyday was a Beotch.

same old story Less Time more money.

If I could only find that elusive gig that pays more the less I work...

congrats chip, I too wheel the heck out of URE most sundays in the summer. If you ever need to scratch the itch and you miss the dust.....
 
Alright Chip...now One Question

It's good to have a good steady job w/ bene's !!

But, does that mean your KORE parts & beadlock stuff will go away?

I foresee needing a few items down the road, seen your stuff & hope you guys keep making stuff.

Chip you know I work every other as well so let me know which wknds you'll be working and I hope we're not opposite. My friends in law enforcement and I are on completely opposite schedules, kinda puts a damper on things if ya know what I mean. Congrats, Josh

That's easy. I got off this morning, after working all weekend. If you also worked this weekend, we are good to go!

I also found out, I am ALREADY eligable for 84 hours of vacation. So I need to get to planning for it.
Wheeling of course!
