Part of GM's strategy for returning to profitability? Throw out Chevy in favor of Chevrolet. Maybe they like that it sounds more French...?

I think they should use "company run by idiots who should be bankrupt except the American taxpayers unwillingly bailed them out."

thats why they say 'box' and 'whale', right? It's funny they cite Apple (Mac) and Coca-Cola (Coke).
Me and my homies don't have time to say Chevrolet Caprice yo.
Chevy trucks have been junk since about '91 and up. If you have to finance your vehicles like me when you buy one, they can't make it to the payoff without breaking down.
Within 4 years my experince on Chevy trucks, different year models of course.
radiator plastic caps on one of them leaking
hub unit bearing failures
randomly puts itself in 4wd
idler pullys
fuel pump went out - at 23,000 miles!
frt axle shaft seals - lots of these
intake gaskets - vortecs with the plastic intakes
alternators
waterpumps
idler arms - each truck - moog fix kit for this, chevy can't fix it
dash lights intermittent
steering shaft binding/bumping
power steering pump moaning/dragging - known issue they won't fix (plastic pump versus metal pump, fixed the problem with a rebuilt metal one)
turn signal/headlight sockets melting down
All these vehicles have been garaged
