i haven't figured that pic out yet. looks like two turbos hooked up to the exhaust, i'm really not sure what's going on there.

Its one turbo, missing the air intake pipe from an air cleaner and also missing a compressed air outlet pipe going to the engine intake, preferably via an intercooler. Right now, the turbo is just providing backpressure with a little sound muffling. It must be a circle track car and the turbo is supposed to cool the right front tire
