What is the estimated comfortable top speed of something like this. Thinking of getting one and making a crew cab to pull 5ver around. But want to be able to do 70 comfortably. Maybe not this truck exactly but I've looked at a few that were similar.

I've thought the same. We had F650 at my old job. It was a straight drive w a Cummins. It would only do 60, but it didn't care what was tied down to it.
 
If it was a manual trans, you can always swap it out for an OD transmission. There's probably a taller tire you could run too. I think it'd be pretty sweet!
 
I'm no expert but what about a 2 spd rear? I drove a flatbed and a boxtruck that would run 70 easily w a light load when not pulling a steep hill.

I got a friend that pulls his camper with a freightliner. He has it insured and tagged as an rv. Didn't take much to get it tagged that way.
