Wright is the brand. As far as the bacon itself goes, I've had better.

You can get a butcher shop to slice belly meat any thickness you want. IMO... Bacon needs to be thin enuff to get the seasoning down into it . 1/4 inch max.

guys you can go the a butcher shop. and tell them you want thicker sliced bacon by the pound. I bought 10lbs of pork babyback ribs for 25$ that was 3 full rack's
