Meh...I have NOS parts from as far back as the 50's that have 'Made in Japan/Taiwan/China/etc' right on the bag. Been the better part of a century since vehicles have been made, manufactured, assembled and headquartered in America.

This has been "the talk" for a very long time.
Thing is, (1) it would be loony for FCA to sell off Jeep, as it is 1 of the only 2 strong parts of Chrysler (aside from Ram) - why let go of the golden goose? and (2) US investors would go ape shit, given that jeep is such an American icon.
