This Video is Great!

u are right that is a great vid with out the men @ woman who fight and die for this country. We would not have what we have today and would not be able to enjoy the sport/hobby we love so much. to all who serve THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
that was a cool video. was that Marine assigned to stand out there or did he do that of his own free will?
 
Looks to me like he did it by his own free will. I dunno.

My father served in the Army for 20 yrs and went through 2 wars.

Great video! I served 5 years in the navy, and always appreciate remembering those who came before me and gave so we could live like we do now!

This is really cool. We had someone in my hometown KIA for the first time since Vietnam this year. The entire town lined the streets for the escorted procession to come through along with all the emergency vehicles and personnel.

my wife & i were a part of rolling thunder in 1989.
quite a memorable event. estmates of 300 000 bikes.(seems a little high)
very good memorys. rode interstates to get there. came back on skyland drive
& the blue ridge pky. great vacation.

What was your home town that happened in Elkin where I live in 2008 His name was Capt. Mark A. Garner. The whole town lined up his funeral route over 20 miles from the airport to the cemetary.

I was given the privilege to ride with the group from Salisbury back in 2005 - the experience was more than words could describe. The entire trip was surreal.
