Is the 6.9 ( I know its non turbo) worth a ?
Would it be worth it to get it and swap a 7.3 in?
Minus the cost of the engine how expensive would that be?
Worth a even trade for my 72 f100 4x4???

The 6.9 isn't worth much, but it's probably an even trade for the 72. I didn't see your listing for the 72. Anyway hold off for a cash sale and and put some extra money and get a 96 up with turbo.
