Thread preview (new comp w/Windows 10)

My window 10 did the same for a few days then it just started working. I have other strange shit since I went to 10..
 
I really do not like 10. I am considering Linux..
 
My Windows 7, hasn't previewed the post for a couple years, + another odd quirk, only on NC4x4. No know reason.
As for Windows 10, my PC repairman, said there is no reason for me to change, unless I just want to. I just ignore the pop-ups.
 
Any new insight on this? Updated my old computer to windows 10 and preview still worked, just got a new laptop with 10 and it doesn't.

I got tired of of deleting Window 10's offer & tried to download it. Twice! It never did. Then a week later, while scrolling here, Windows 10 took over my PC. After about 45 minutes, it had installed itself. Now my problem, is trying to figure it out! + still No Preview!

I use Chrome so if you use Edge then it apparently isn't browser specific.
