Where might i find something that sorta looks like this.

I need to pass 2 wires safely into my fuel tank to power the fuel pump..

go to www.digikey.com search for "UTS7103S" might be close enough to work for you???

EDIT: looks like the pins only go up to 14ga wire, though. What you need for fuel pump?

Does the sending unit not supply you with a means to connect the pump? I thought you had a stock YJ unit? If not, my suggestion would be to drill a small hole, pass wires through that, and seal it up with gas tank sealant or epoxy of some sort. Put bullet connectors or something else on either end.

Yes, I have the original sending unit and the wire pass-through can be reused. If i can do it with some universal parts for ~$10 I'd like to do that.

My original plan was to reuse most of it.. But after i got looking at it the flange is pretty flimsy and uses a backer strip around the edges anyway..

So i made a new flange from some .120 that can stand on its own and will be better to attach my fittings to etc.. So at this point im really only reusing the gasket and possibly the wire part if needed. And honestly if i had to do it again at this point I probably would have tried to stay with some generic aftermarket size/shaped gasket

Actually i just looked at summit and the larger fill gasket can probably cover the hole I already whacked in the top of the tank :) That gasket is ~$4 oh well hind site 20/20
