You can lift a truck more than 6" and still be under the headlight law. I think the headlight law states that your driving lights can not be higher than 54". Mine were almost 60.
That doesn't matter though. I was just telling what happened when I recieved the same ticket. And yes you probably did something to provoke him. You drive a vehicle that draws attention to you, what do you expect. You like the attention so deal with what comes with it.
Your liberty is going to be registered as either a SUV or a WGN(wagon), neither of which is a truck. If it is raised more than 6" you broke the law.
