Ticking 4.0 in my TJ

it depends on your abilities and how long you plan to keep it. While you have the pan off, check the timing chain for slop and the distributor drive/cam gear for wear. It is possible to change just one piston(in chassis no less!), but all of them are the same age, so there's a good chance there be another in the future. Summit racing does sell single pistons, but you will have to buy a whole ring set even if just changing one.

It's always hard to tell from a video without hearing it first hand, but that sounds to me like the noise is at crankshaft speed. Like @flatblackzj said, I'd bet it is due to a broken piston skirt.
Drop the pan and start inspecting.
Good thing is you can buy an assembled piston, rod, bearings and rings from the dealer based on your cylinder code. It's honestly not a bad DIY job at all (if that is what it needs)
