Tig torch question

So I posted a few weeks ago about getting a new to me welder. Had it now for a while, started getting things together so I can try it out. My question is is there something missing from this tig torch, or is it just the way it is. Something looks odd about it to me. May be just me, hope some others will chime in

Back cap and related isn't on it. Can be a stubby, mid, or long for full size tungsten.
Inside should be a collet and some form of collet body and defuser. I doubt highly that is has a gas lense style based on the cup that is on it.

What is printed on the other side?

This is the standard run of the mill set up. Google search image.

It's slender design makes me think water cooled. On the other side should be a size or model number.
#20 water cooled is the same relative size as a #9 air cooled bout 250amp ratings.

A #18 water cooled is fairly large and for around 350 amps.

Also the model will help to know if it's a flex head or rigid. Flex meaning you can bend the head to a better working angle if needed. Like a big ductile spring they do wear out and break. A rigid will just snap. Students being idiots would do that every now and then....."I thought I could bent it"?!?

It’s definitely a water cooled torch. Well I’d say it is cause the machine has a water cooler on it and the other end of the torch has a water line hook up
