tin sounding ratle ish t case maybe

i got a quistion i hope i can get some help with. i have an 05 wrangler with about 45 thousand miles on it and when its cold out and im moving it has a repeditive chatter in i think the t case till it gets warm i checked all my fluids and theyre fine i dont know if i have a bearing going out or what it doesnt make sence to me. anyone have a clue

you sure it is not an exhaust rattle and it gos away when the sheild gets hot and expands?

no thats not it i let it warm up all the way and then drive it and it still does it till i drive it for a while

when you depress the clutch pedal is the noise still there?

yeah untill i slow down till about 15 mph
