Just in case you ever need to convert it yourself and don't have the handy dandy conversion tool.
tread width (in mm)/Aspect ratio/[LETTER CODE sometimes]rim size
so:
245/75/16
Tread width is 245mm wide
EACH sidewall is .75 times as tall as that width (in this case 245 * .75 =183.75)
16 inch rim.
So your width is 245mm-> 9.6 inches (if you didn't know this just type 245mm to inches in google it will calculate it for you)
height equal sidewall 183.75 *2 (2 sidewalls 1 above 1 below the rim) ->367.5mm -> 14.47inches + rim height 16 -> 30.47
