I have one just like that. Got it from Speedway Motors.com. Let it get hot, don't put too much pressure on it. The spaces just in front of the handle will collapse as they age and get hot if you press it too much. That said I have done lots of tires with it, works good for the money IMO.

Def buy xtra blades makes a hell of a difference.. also tho u shaped plades dont dull and burn up as quick as the others......i used a propane torch and preheated a foot or two in front of where i was going to be cutting. Makes a big mess depending on how much your grooving out
