Im wondering if anyone can help me out. Im currently running 31x10.5x15 on my stock 92 yota 4x4. Im wanting to upgrade to a bigger tire but I dont have the cash for a lift at the moment. Whats the biggest I can go with out rubbing?
Thanks for any help in advance.

A 32x11.50 will rub the frame a bit at full steering lock and maybe the fender a little bit at full lock and full compression but it won't really do any damage. Much bigger than that and you'll have more issues without a lift. You could crank the torsion bars a bit but that will affect ride quality and droop.

I thought about cranking up the torsion bars, not really wanting to that at this point. Ive been looking for a decent set of 32s but had found any. A buddy said 33x10.5s wound fit but I will have to crank the torsion bars up.

I have heard many times that a 33x10.5 will fit w/ only very minimal rubbing on full lock + compression. In other words, it should work.
If you want to be cheap, you could make a 1" body lift for about $15, buy a 2" rod of UHMW plastic and cut it into 1" pieces, dril la hole in the center, then add grade 8 bolts.
W/ just that you will clear those 33x10.5s w/o question, and could even do 33x12.5s if you pound firewall pinch seam flat.

I once made a cheap body lift using 2" sch 40 pipe cut to length with washers welded on each end. Cut down an old mud flap to make bushings and keep down the squeeks. Biggest expense was the grade 8 bolts.
