tire size for a leveling kit

im leveling my 2001 7.3 and was wondering what tire size other people are running with the standard 2.5-3 in leveling kit.

I'm running 33 1250 20 which is a 305 55 20 I think.. it will fit 35's but it did too much rubbing up front full lock. Mine is a 6.0 03 f250
