Tire/Wheel advise needed...

I have a 86 dodge w250. It currently has 16.5x10 wheels and needs tires.
I am having trouble finding replacements tires(33x12.50.x16.5) or a set of 16 or 17 inch wheels without spending a ton. seems that the newer dodge wheels don't fit over the older trucks hubs, and the offset is different?

Any suggestions?

Ok. I found a set of used 17 inch wheels. Now on to tires...
 
The newer Dodge wheels will work, but you will have to get the center hole bored out. I have the equipment to do that if you can't find anyone near you. Also, Chevy 8 lug wheels from 2010 and older will work.
