I thought you said castor at first. Unless your ball joints are slap wore out then the housing is bent.

my bad i was going off memory when i posted and it worn out had 37s on it for a good long time

?

Yea the housing is probably bent and offset balljoints are not the end of the world however I would find a more reputable alignment shop for a second opinion because their calibration is half degree off or your rear is bent also.
Just sayin!

If your running aftermarket lowers and stock uppers then your caster is off. Adjustable will allow them to rotate the axle back. Bent or not they can adjust it out.

As far as TJ alignment goes you have caster and toe. You can do both yourself if you have adjustable control arms but you are limited by driveshaft angle. If not then toe is all you need to set and that is easily done yourself.

I had this issue some time ago and I was also told I needed adjustable ball joints. Make sure your axles are centered under the Jeep and your distance between the front and rear wheels match on both driver and passenger side. Once I did this it pretty much took care of all my tire wear issues and handling quirks. There is a good video that helped me out when I needed it, its a three part video and here is part 1.

Also some good reading to understand some of the aspects of Jeep alignments. http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f9/end-all-all-tj-alignment-thread-long-read-663777/

unless you are getting tire wear i wouldn't worry about it. did they check if the ball joint is worn?
