TJ and XJ D30 shafts same?

Are XJ and TJ Dana 30 shafts the same assuming non-disconnect? I've heard the only difference is high pinion and low pinion and everything esle (brakes, unit bearings, link mounts) are the same. True?

Yes assuming the XJ axles in question don't have the 260 joints. Oh, and newer TJs have different spacing on unit bearings, IIRC. But for what you're asking, the axle shafts are interchangable.
