TJ flat fenders/rocksliders

4 inch flare fenders and sliders. Bolt on tubes with 14 gauge filler panels. The factory inner fender remains and the wheel well will by just as weather tight as the factory set up. The tube and framework are all Mig welded. The skins are continous Tig welds. Probably wont do that again. The sliders are 3/16 press broke plate with 2 inch tubes.

Looks good, that stuff is time consuming

not nearly as bad as I thought they were going to be, layout bend repeat. even the sheet metal went well. still they don't come together in just a few hours. the fronts took around 3-4 tig rods apiece using 3/32 filler running around 90 amps flat footed. tried to keep a 1/8 bead. I also back stitched the welds to control the warpage so each run is around three inches to the next skip, then back to fill the skipped area. this kept the distortion to a minimal and kept me on the table in a good posistion to weld.
