Shocks will not cause it to be higher unless they are gas charged, and don't expect much from that, maybe 1/2" max.
Im running 4.5" RE springs with a 2" spacer in the front, Warn 8274 and 60" hi-lift on stock bumper, 4.0 under the hood. In the back I have an aftermarket bumper/tire carrier, softtop, no rear seat, but literally 200lbs of stuff, and a 35" wheel/tire on the carrier. I would expect the back to sit lower, but it doesn't.
And to answer the original question, you may want to get an adjustable trackbar to center the axle under the jeep, but the rest of the stuff (pitman arm, control arms, etc) are just optional. Since the lift is sagging in the front, you really aren't getting 4" of lift, probably more like 3", or, the back is sitting high and has 5". 4" of lift starts getting in the range of needing long arms, but don't buy them just because someone thinks you should, do it because you don't like the way the suspension works on or off road.
