tj problems

i just got a 99 tj 4.0 auto with 37's well here the 2 problems i have

1) if in drive jeep wont get over 2k on tach but in first or 2nd it will i know need new speedo gear for mph

2)front end want to walk around when driving have new bolt and washer on track back stock was eating the metal hole out and also has new dual stabilizers.

1st we need more info on what gears you have ?????
sounds like they are way to high

how much lift do you have ???
By the looks of the pic you will need to start with ajustable upped arms the stock uppers are probably to short & making your caster angle worng

they are adjusable uppers and i just got it not sure on gears
 
will check when snow gone
 
the upper may not be ajusted right then or the steering gear box may have play
pull the covers & find out the gears
 
will do gears when dry no garage and what should upper be set at or will they adjust that when i do a alignment
 
no death wobble redid front end with zj swap all joints were shot now drives like a dream and orders some 35's so and has a new adjustable track bar just got to figer out the why in drive it wotn let me get over 2k
