tj wiper motor not working. relay?

Does the tj have a relay for the wiper motor or no. My wipers stilldnt turn on. They use to work here n there and now nothing. Replaced the motor with a "said to work perfectly" motor also replaced the switch with a bramd mew one from dealer and still nothing. I turn the switch on and the motor clicks. Any ideas or tye location of the relay
 
Tested the new motor in my buddies jeep and doesnt work. Tested his working motor in my jeep. Works perfect.
