What to do ?

going in 2 weeks, never been, will be staying near airport, my class will also be near airport.

looking for entertainment, not really interested in strippers or the like, been there done that, burned the T-shirt.

Mudhens fist game starts after we leave on the 3rd.

Ideas ?
 
I have a sis-in-law 10 minutes from Toledo.
I suppose you could do r for entertainment, though I wouldnt advise it.
She's as ugly as a bobcat and twice as mean.
 
it sucks it stinks most of the time from all the factorys and take a wepon you'll need it you'll think your in charlotte good luck!!!:driver:
 
You could run around looking for pot holes in the road and yell "Holy Toledo" at the top of your lungs! :lol:

Sorry, nothing constructive here. Can't think of a single "special" thing there. Guess you could catch a movie at a theater. Munchkin not going I'm assuming. I just saw my first one in 3 years on valentines day.,
 
Toledo

Cedar Point is down the road. Not sure when it opens, killer roller coasters.

Detroit is up the road(hour and a half), Hockey town, some good bars, Auto show is in Jan so that is out, lots of good rock and roll shows. Motown museum is pretty cool.
Cleveland is a few hours east(maybe 2). Rock and Roll hall of fame, Madonna just got in, Cavs are playing decent pro Bball. Great new science museum. You could stop in and see my Mom, she makes great deserts!
Major Jeep factory is in Toledo, take a tour.
Right now there is snow on the ground. Have a name writing contest....:)
Bowling Green University is near by, it was a pretty good party school back in my day.

I used to go to freon scool at the RobinAir freon machine factory in Mt. Pilior(spelling incorrect). We would always run up to Ft. Wayne, IN to get into something. About an hour outside of Toledo. Other than that good luck. A lot of muscle cars around there if I remember (10 years ago)
 
the main jeep factory is up there...its a pretty neat place
 
I used to know this guy up there named Klinger,harry guy with big nose, think his first nme was Max. kind of lost touch with him after the war.
