My neighbor is moved out of his house and has priced it to move now. If you can stand dogs that bark alot, loud vehicles, rowdy parties, guns firing off(night and day) and loud(but good)music this could be the place for you! I'm losing a perfect neighbor and I'm expecting the worse case scenario He recently remarried and has moved in with her. His whole family lives on my road, I don't think any of them seen this coming either.

It's just outside of Gastonia which is pretty much in the Charlotte area.

Had an older friend down the road come up here pickin muscadines a few yrs ago. He came back up to the house talkin about "What a fine place you got back there for my grandpas still" Had to pass on that one! There is a small creek at the back of the property, pretty nice after a good rain.

If you can get me a job making what I make here I will move there.

Had two friends from PA say the same thing.
Its close to Gastonia and Lincolnton. 1.6 miles off Hwy 321 and about 35mins to Charlotte or Hickory. Plenty of property to put a nice size shop on!
