Was today. Tony Poplin aka "Hambone" was my 15 year old black lab.
A faithful companion who watched my kids grow up. RIP buddy, you are now with your sisters in doggie heaven and you and your sisters will always be in my heart & thoughts!

Sorry to hear it Paul. I found my Little Buddy ran over on the side of the road the day before Thanksgiving. We started Thanksgiving day with burying him, I felt like I had lost a child. A lot of people don't get that attachment, but it's so easy to love them animals
 
Sorry for your loss Paul and Pinky. It is very tough losing a furry family member. Dogs truly are a mans (or womans) best friend!
 
doh, the title really got my attention. RIP Hambone, say hi to my beloved husky mix Casey, she was also 15. My black lab mix Bandit is 17, she's pretty stubborn, still doesnt seem ready to join the party.
 
Man, sorry to hear and I feel for you. I am in the unfortunate situation of dreading the same day in the near future with my 13 year yellow lab. It is going to be a horrible day.

Sorry to hear this Paul and Pinky. Take comfort in the fact that you cared for your furry friend, too many people don't. Their love is a perfect example of absolute love. It's just unfortunate that they don't live as long as we do.

Rest in Peace Hambone.
 
Post up a picture when he was younger and having fun. Always had black labs and probably always will, one of the best as well as best looking dogs out there. I am sorry to hear this.
 
sorry to hear this. a lot of people don't understand how much an animal can mean to a family
