Top beaches to drive on?

Maybe call the City Council or whatever entity would be appropriate?

Explain what your doing, not ripping up the beach, but needing a few minutes of video down the beach, and maybe mention you’d make a $100 donation to whatever they need/choose for your time?

Idk just thinking out loud here.

Any of the federales I’ve ever dealt with down there were practically impossible to have a conversation with.

This makes me think this would be nearly impossible today on the federal land. Back in late 90s early 2000s there were several great rangers down there that could and would tell you how to make it happen. After 05ish, not a chance, especially not in CHNS.

Nags Head in the off-season would probably be the best chance as far as northern beaches.
 
In the off season, Corova is like the wild west haha. They are know to pull the skeet throws out on the beach and shoot into the water.


Also Currituck county manages the beach in booth Corrolla and Corova.
