Chris from Mars Fab has posted a video of the last 2 laps that pretty much sums it up! It was cool seeing so many NC4X4 and ECORRS shirts present. Met Snappy and his family, they were sitting in front of us. Ran into Chris and his body guards in the pits. Got to chat with Walker Evans, Cassie Currie, Rob McCachren, Scott Douglas... It was very cool. The kids carried off autographed hoods and fenders both nights.

Agreed. Way better than I expected it to be. I hope this kind of racing can catch on over here quick.
 
I took my kids and we all had a great time.

I'll make a long story short. With enough effort and ingenuity, you can get the entire roof from one of those trucks completely inside an Acura TSX sedan. Ask me how.

That was me and my crew. I was hungry, sweaty and grumpy!

We did it though! great race, great night, great story!

The Traxxas photographer took some pics of my kids getting the roof and getting ti signed by the drivers. I'll post them up if I can get them from him.
 
It was AWESOME!!! Heck, one of my buddies who hates all forms of racing came with us and even he had a great time!!! Great racing action, I'd go to another in a heartbeat!!!

Didn't get to meet anybody but, touring the pits was still an awesome addition to the night!!!
