Don't know if anyone own here hits the weights regularly or not, but anyway I tore my bicep last week, the doc says it's no big deal people don't even get it fixed or reattached when it tears at the top like mine did, he said just take it easy in the gym on the biceps for a couple of weeks. Anyway the diffrence is there is like and hole or droop at the top of my bicep near my shoulder, my question is has anyone else ever tore there's and what you did about it if anything, like I said the doc said most people leave it alone and most of the time like the way it looks better. He is a good doctor, he use to be the head of orthapedics for the Baltimore ravens.
