They've been callin for 70/80 mph wind since yesterday,even sent the kids home at 10 am this morning.We got a pretty good shower and a little wind,not enuf to blow the leaves back in the neighbors yard.

I was working at Ft Bragg about 14-15 years ago if I remember correctly when a twister hit the area. A day or two after I went out the backside of the base into Southern Pines for lunch. On the way back from lunch I noticed some damaged Fords at the dealership so I stopped to be a nosy ass. Most of the vehicles looked as if they had been in a hail storm and then sandblasted. They had a Harley edition F150 like I'd been wanting and offered to take $20k off the sticker if I'd take it. I figured it'd take $15k to fix where I'd drive it and have a salvage title.

Guess I'm Lucky, Most of the time. That Storm split around my neighborhood Again. The main Squall line, only dampened the street. Rain that came later was a 1/4 " drizzle!
