Anybody on here work on Android based tablets?

I have a Toshiba thrive 10" tablet that will not boot past the logo, I tried the factory reset but only 2 icons come up & neither will work.

I have since purchased a Samsung galaxy 2 tablet for my entertainment purposes when I go over seas. Hoping I can get this fixed to give to my kid..

Call real talk in Fallston. I've never had them do any work for me, but rumor has it hey do top notch work. Good friend of mine does side work there on the weekend.
 
That may be them. Horrible webpage though. They're the only local guys I know that work with that sort of thing.
