I have decided to build another buggy. It is going to be a 2 seater. I talked with Scott @ Metalwerx and have decided to let him do the whole build. I have not thought of a name for the build yet. I have several but have not decided. Names are The "Beck"-Oning, The "Beck"-O-Nator and The Ba-Bounce-A-Donk.
Build Specs:
Engine 02 model 5.3
Transmission Turbo 400 with 10" PTC torque converter, Transmission built by Cooks Racing in Cowpens SC
Transfer case Atlas 3.8 with 1410 yokes
Front axle Dana 60 with Detroit locker, Yukon axles with super joints, Crane knuckles with high steer arms
and steering from PSC
Rear axle Dana 70 with Detroit locker, Moser 35 spline axles and disc brakes
Suspension 2.0 Fox coil-over shocks and 4 link front and back with 1.25" Johnny joints
Seats Corbeau reclining seats
Tires front 44" TSL Swampers
Rear 44" Boggers
Wheels MRW extreme duty bead-locks 15x10

Great choice with Metalwerx. I've seen some of his tubework and the quality is outstanding. Where most folks would need a splice or two, he can do it in one piece. 4,5,6 bends easily. Or hes just that good with a flap disc. mad skill!
