The tow rig need some work, Its a 03 CTD Ram 2500 4x4....
The tie rod is shot and one end.
Now the way I see it, its a drag link going from the box end (short end 10") to the PS to a arm (bar, built in end 40+-") then a (short end) on the DS going to the drag link (bar, built in end 40+-")
Its a "y" system with the short ends on the box arm and DS arm, if that helps.
When you call about parts they call them both tie rods.....
I have yet to find any thing but an inner or outer and so on.
They replaced most of them at dodge 08-09 with a true tie rod going wheel to wheel and a drag link going from the box to the tie rod.
Dodge has them for $600+, Does anyone know someone at a parts store that can tell me anything other then I have a inner and a link but I don't know what they are or where they go, and when I ask about the new or old they just get lost.
From what I'm finding I can only get the parts from Dodge and pay there price...
If anyone can help or has info it would be good.
Thanks
