Can anyone recommend me some towing mirrors for my 98 Chevy? Pretty much all I use it for is towing. Occasionally I'll make a run without the trailer, but most of the time I have the trailer hooked up. Backing it up can be a real bitch because you literally can't see the trailer most of the time. The truck is lifted 2" on 33s, longbed, extended cab. I pull a 16' flatbed car trailer with it.

I don't want someone that looks too new, the truck is painted with flat Army green paint and looks like a war wagon, so wouldn't really go with the theme if I had some blingin' tow mirrors on. On the flip side, I don't want some bootleg slipons either.

Can anyone recommend me some mirrors for Big Ugly?

I'm a little far away, but I have some truck type mirrors off a cucv m1028 you can have. Some people call them "west coast style" they bolt above and below the window

According to the internet, you can modify the Dodge mirrors to work.

Then you can drive around with your mirrors up and piss people off. So it's got that going for it.

I've got the EBay mirrors like you posted on my Suburban, except I got the power adjustables and the LED lights on the end of the housing. I'm pretty happy with them. My stock mirrors were broken when I bought my Burb. Makes it a lot nicer to see the trailer when towing.

I have pretty much the same mirrors on my truck. They vibrate a little, but then again, I've never seen a mirror that didn't vibrate enough to bug me.

Glad you discovered they'd fit. I was going to chime in with a big DUH, but I didn't have to :D
