In the process of doing a 1 ton swap under my 95 Toyota. Do I need to upgrade my steering box, or just purchase a Chevy pitman arm? Any info on what parts to buy would be greatly appreciated!

Ford Bronco/F150 Forward swing box from a late 70's model, Hydro assist and a better flowing pump if you're going to run that size tire. Your toyota steering box and pump is going to hate life pushing that size tire around.

You can get arms for that style steering box from PartsMike in different drops.

I went straight to Full Hydro on my 1ton swap under my old toyota, but it seems the new hot ticket for SAS'd Toyotas is that Ford steering box. Most guys are running 37-40" tires with no hydro assist on fullwidth applications and say it handles it just fine. Much like assist on a stock tapped IFS box.
