So after probably only a few hours of actual wrenching and two weekends worth of parts runs we got my hydro wrapped up. Got to give it up to Kyle (72rockcruiser) once again for surrendering his garage too get this junk pile on the trail again. Not to mention the ridiculous deal he got with PSC for all this out of place bling.

Mounted the ram (6" x 1.5") using basic brackets on the tie-rod and a modified Trail Gear bracket at the ram end. Had to mount it farther forward than usual to clear the 3.0 oil pan. (I am running 84 rear springs with a couple AALs.) The plan is to run some full hydro style tube protection to keep the ram out of the rocks.

PSC SP-1200X TC PS pump mounted with Davez Off Road Performance brackets. I had to modify the main bracket to allow for more travel in the tensioner. Got the v-belt from NAPA (Premium XL 25-7465) measuring 47.08" in length. Also had NAPA make a hydraulic line to run from the pump to the box utilizing the stock hard line fitting at the box. I was having problems with my battery getting shoved into the pulley so we moved it to the cab.

I reused the charcoal canister mount by sectioning and welding the clamp to fit around the 6" reservoir. PSC recommended Royal Purple Synthetic so thats what I got. Check out the bling yellow lines from Lowes. :D

Running a basic NAPA AT cooler mounted to the radiator.

You can see the other end of the NAPA hydraulic line here. Its a compression style fitting. Just cut off the hard line, put it in the fitting and tighten the two nuts against each other. Hopefully it will hold up. No leaks so far while bleeding/testing the system.

Some random shots...

Ram clears well and seems to have a good angle.

I've been having problems with my stock intake getting shoved into the alt pulley and sucking in air past the MAF sensor. $20 Ebay special and it frees up all that room to work on running lines to the steering box.
