toyota cold start problem??

My 88 4runner 22re doesn't want to start if the temp is below freezing outside? I never used to have this problem. It will just keep turning over and never fire or even try to fire. Only happens when it's below freezing...If I wait til it warms up outside a little it fires right up. This is wierd and frustrating. This just started this winter, I never had this problem last year. Any thoughts on this?

Cold start injector was always an issue on our older Toyota.

I read this...Where exactly is the , I guess it would be relay for the cold start injector?
