I just finished putting one back together, but I do have a crate full of internals and some case sections. What measurement(s) do you need?

I need to know the diameter of the countershaft in the crawlbox on the end that the needle bearing rides. And the outside diameter of the pocket the needle bearings is pressed into.

A bearing number for the countershaft needle and roller bearing would be good also.

I may be able to help. I have a transfer case disassembled. It’s all in a box, but I probably can get you the numbers you’re after. PM me if you think I can be of assistance.
