The front shifter is your reduction box. Push forward for LOW and pull back for and it will be like normal. You rear tcase shifter does as follows

i have three shifters the far front shifter is for 2wd of 4wd then what do the second two shifters do? one for the reduction and one for regular just low gear?

tall stick is transmission. short stick beside trans is hi-low forward low//back high third shifter should be about 6-8 inches behind those two; it is normal j pattern shifter 2wd up 4wdh back--4lo right then up

if you have t case shifter then you have twin sticks. The rear right one conrtols 2wdto 4wd and the one on the right does high and low range. Go play with it and you'll figure it out

lol, kidding. glad you got it figured out. i probably would of had to ask too.
