Most new vehicles essentially have electronically controlled break in
I agree with this, as a rule.you should drive it in a more spirited manner.
4.0L w/A750F trans much happier to drive, very few issues with either (my ‘08 has 306k miles currently)Thought I would update this... the problem has been solved! I paid the 2020 lease off early, and the same dealership that leased it to me made me an offer I couldn't refuse. They are buying the Tacoma SR5 back from me, and I am buying a 2015 Tacoma TRD. It is currently being serviced, cleaned and detailed, and I should be picking it up by the week's end. They handed me the keys and I I drove it for a couple hours earlier this week. From my perspective, there is a difference of night and day in the way the 2015 drives and handles compared to the 2020. It also seems that the cab is roomier and the seats are way more comfortable. My other half also complimented on the seats and the ride. She says it feels much smoother than the 2020, and it doesn't jerk back and forth shifting gears. I feel pretty certain this one will make me happy again!
