You'll need new front spring mounts as the old ones are ruined when cut off. The old ones are reusable if you're careful cutting them off. Get a piece of 2x2 stock and weld it in between the frame rails at the back and then weld the rear hangers on right at the rear of the frame get your shackle angle where you want it and weld your front hangers in using the springs as a guide. Remember that you're doing this with the weight off the springs so take that into account when setting up shackle angle. And the rears will bolt right in up front though I've heard that when driven on the street the truck will sway a lot more so you may want to keep the sway bar and get longer links for it. Mine sways tons more with 63 chevies and very stiff fronts. I'm almost scared to put the rears up front. One day I'll get brave and do it though.

for the rear you'll need hangers, shackles, and ubolts. Lots of companies have kits. Sky has them. Rears up front you'll need more like hysteer and moving your steering box forward and converting to an IFS box. You'll need longer driveshaft on the front also as its going to move your axle forward.
